About the role
The Pursuit Group are currently working with a well known food manufacturer in East London, who are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives.
Key Accountabilities
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable, FLT experience highly advantageous but not essential.
• To work individually and as part of a team to focus and share good working practices.
• To drive your personal development, demonstrating a positive can do attitude to your work and always reflecting our company values.
• To adopt a safety first mindset, adhere to safe systems of work reporting any defects or hazards.
• Demonstrate a flexible approach moving between various tasks. These include order picking, decanting, loading, unloading and product control.
• Being open and willing to learn and develop new skills, such as learning to driver a clamp-truck. At Allied we employ skilled and trained assessors to help you along the way.
• To achieve your performance targets, measured by our warehouse management system and other supporting systems and measures.
• To maintain a clean and a safe environment, adhering to "Clean As You Go" Policy, meeting the agreed standards in hygiene and housekeeping.
