Shift Manager
Full Time – Midlands – Permanent
We are currently looking for an experienced Shift Manager, for one of the UK’s most sustainable delivery companies, helping them to strengthen their depot operations team.
As a Shift Manager you will be required to achieve depot objectives in terms of operational, compliance, financial, customer service and HR tasks and responsibilities, through effective management of employees, maintenance of company operating standards and ISO operating procedures specific to own areas of accountability.
In this role you will be working closely with their Drivers and Warehouse Operatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of any Collections and Returns to the Depot.
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
